The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude is more important than the facts.
It is more important than the past, education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think say or do.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home.
The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude that we will embrace for that day.
We cannot change our past, we cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play the one string that we do have,
and that is our attitude.
I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And, so it is with you.
We are all in charge of our attitudes.

I keep this posted in my office as a daily reminder that life is more about how you handle the journey than reaching the destination.

I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend (and maybe a few other things I am not thinking of right now). I believe in speaking up for children, animals and all victims of abuse. I believe in taking action to rescue, help and care for animals and people in need as much as humanly possible. This picture, I use as my avatar, is my way of saying, "My eyes are open to the possibilities."
