I've said the same in previous posts and comments... Euro immigrants were physically and metally distanced from their native... anything, including language. When Mexicans come here... illegal or legal, they pretty much have everything they had in Mexico. It's much harder to break away.

If Arnold truly said all this, God bless him. Idiots in the media and 'La Raza' will persecute him for it, but he's 100% right. They should take his advice like GOLD.

What I have noticed is the illegals don't speak English but can and will they just want us to be forced to speak Spanish and the US will eventually become a state of Mexico. I have no issue speaking a different language but I do if I am forced to. Arnold is going to become the devil, but he learned English and he is right that every other nation's language is not used here when a person needs service or governmental help. Try calling Xcel and only speak one of the languages of China.

Also, anyone who criticizes Arnold at this point is a f%#@ing fool. He is an immigrant who achieved more than 99% of native Americans.

He is one of the few that actually cares about these immigrants and wants to give them solid gold advice. I'm so glad he said this.

He is right. Watching every thing in spanish isnt going to help mexicans. This is the U.S.A., not Mexico. Mexicans arent special , if Russians and Africans have to do it ,SO SHOULD YOU!!!!!

He does , I am sure. But in texas, you have to speak spanish, because so many of them are are in texas.They may have lost the war over texas ,but it appears ,today,they truly won the land. The president is also connected. Based on the 2000 convention, his nephew was featured... he is part spanish.......

On his fox show, "Geraldo" said he supported "Spanish only" television. He also states that like the last immigrants, these 20-40 million the children of illegals will learn English. His argument was that early immigrants like the " Italians ",where the older Italians could only speak Italian, the kids spoke English . That part is true ,but where his argument fails, those older immigrants really wanted to speak English and made Dam sure their off springs learned "English only" first and then learn Italian as a secondary (and other languages ,if they liked) . To add, those older Italians did not push Italian in America's faces. They never tried to make America to be like another Italy. Niether did germans nor chinese immigrants .They all loved America and they accepted and loved the English language. It meant they were also true Americans. Geraldo and these Mexicans cant seem to get that! With Mexicans ,it's clearly different. They want to push spanish and their culture of mexico on ameirca and its people ,so it can be just like Mexico. Then there would be no need to adjust to another country's standard. This is not a military invasion, but an invasion ,never the less. They are forcing our government to adjust to them ,when it should be the other way around. I dont think this has ever happened before. All over immigrates form Europe to Africa to China where able to accept adjusting to their new government. Not the case here.
