If you missed the episode last week you missed a freakin' sweet show. This week Brian moves into an apartment with Jillian (Drew Barrymore), and Stewie moves in to help pay the rent. Meg goes to work in a convenience store and gets Chris a job there.  The store  manager likes Chris, which is bad news for Meg. Poor Meg.

Sunday 9pm.

Family Guy returns on September 23 with a one hour special.

After a power outage Peter tells the tale of Star Wars using the characters of Family Guy as the Star War characters. Also making an appearance is Dr. Rumack, a character from the movie Airplane, played by Leslie Nielsen, though I'm not sure if the voice of that cameo is by Mr. Nielsen.

Stewie is, of course, Darth Vader. Peter is Han Solo. Lois is Princess Leia. Chris - Han Solo, Quagmire - C3P0 "Giggity", Cleveland - R2D2, Brian - Chewbacca, and Meg - Trash Worm.

Some scenes have slipped out to the web, and it looks as if it will be the best Family Guy ever, don't miss it.

I'm suprised I beat David Aldrich to the punch on this story, I guess he can take a day off every once and a while.

I found a story on the wires that says it will be a much easier hurricane season than expected.

From Reuters:

"The 2007 hurricane season may be less severe than forecast due to cooler-than-expected water temperatures in the tropical Atlantic, private forecaster WSI Corp said on Tuesday.

The season will bring 14 named storms, of which six will become hurricanes and three will become major hurricanes, WSI said in its revised outlook. WSI had previously expected 15 named storms of which eight would become hurricanes and four would become major hurricanes."

They can't even get hurricane forcast right 3 months in advance and we are supposed to believe that they can predict the temperature in 2050?

Any takers against them knocking down the number again or the number of storms being in the single digits.

Quagmire

A fan of Family Guy from episode 1. Mourned the day it was cancelled, waited at the front door of Wal-mart for the Season 1-2 DVD, rejoiced when Fox added it to the line-up again. I'm sure others out there know more about Family Guy than me, but none are bigger fans. Join in on the fun. Giggety, Giggety, Gig..ge..ty!!!
