I just read an outstanding article that talks about the myth of global warming. A great read for a cold day! Click here.

I am a firm believer in Global Warming. There are way too many incidents happening to support the facts not to believe.
It's all a matter of time and if we don't act soon, we will regret it. Not in our life time ,maybe, but definitely our children's lifetime. You can ignore it and pretend the ice caps aren't melting, pretend the waters aren't rising and pretend all of those underground earthquakes that cause tsunamis aren't happening, but then you are just ignoring the future.

Ah. Timothy Ball. A bit of knocking around suggests that maybe Mr. Ball isn't the expert he claims to be. He's also a former leader of an organization called Friends of Science, which has drawn criticism from getting funding from (surprise) big oil.

The Canada Free Press article cited is mostly him talking about getting no respect, but doesn't put forth much information on why he believes he's right and everyone else is wrong.

Be careful which myths you believe!

Good catch Barlennan, this brings up the great point, if someone says it isn't so, does that make everyone else wrong? We are constantly being told one perspective bears the same weight as another simply because it exists. More than 2000 indipendent climate research experts concur that there is irrifutable evidence supporting human causes for global climate change... yet when the media produces less than a dozen sketchy thinkers to refute the evidence, then its an equal debate. What gives?
