Can someone please tell me if the pollen count here in Cleveland is higher than normal this year? I've always had sneezing and itchy eyes around fall due to ragweed and it's easily cleared up with Claritin. This spring I have been congested and unable to breathe - the doctor says it's seasonal allergies (tree pollen right now). I am on Nasonex, Claritin and Sudafed!!!! Sometimes it's still bad for me so I've taken to wearing a mask outside doing yard work. The funny thing is that my neighbor, who has NEVER had an allergy to anything is also congested and can't breathe well so I gave her Sudafed which seemed to help. I checked on pollen.com and most days seen to be medium high to high around here. Was it always like this for tree pollen? Did I just develop an allergy this year?

Usually when Goddard is off, Scott fills in for him. Now Andre is doing nights and Scott is mornings. I heard Andre say Dick was on a much deserved vacation and I'm sure, with his seniority he gets quite a bit. BUT....it seems like he's been gone a long, long, time.
Does anyone know when and if Goddard is coming back? Could he be sick and in the hospital?

What a beautiful day! The sun is shining and we're having a heat wave. I just love it!!!!
I may just get out a lawn chair and do some tanning this afternoon.

I hate snow! It @#&%!! It took me over 2 hours to shovel out my driveway and now the wind is blowing it all back. I missed work and lost a days pay.
Did I mention that I HATE SNOW!!!!!!!

Yeah, I know we live in northern Ohio, so no comments about where we live, ok?
I just want to say it's too friggin cold. I mean 25 below with the wind chill factor, that's like Alaska weather. We aren't that close to the north pole. I pumped gas in my car and my gloved hand almost got frostbite.
It's just not fair. We have over 6" of snow (so far) here in North Willoughby. My sister lives in Brecksville and didn't believe me when I told her (she has no snow there). I hope Mr. Goddard spreads the "love" around a little more over the next few days and gives us a break.
