The final two students accused of plotting to massacre their classmates at DeLand Middle School back in March were sentenced to probation, but the orginal charge was conspiracy to commit murder.

Do you think the sentence was too light?

A Daytona Beach doctor was sentenced to probation for a year after a jury found him guily of illegal exhibition of a firearm. The doctor was arrested after picking up a prostitute while she was in a confrontation with another man. The doctor will spend the first 30-days of his sentence behind bars.

Police say the doctor also impersonated a police officer but he was aquitted of that charge.

Do you think the sentence is appropriate?

A pit bull viciously bit a 7 year old boy. The child may have been teasing the dog before the attack.

AN APPEALS COURT FOUND THAT A SEMINOLE COUNTY JUDGE WRONGFULLY SUSPENDED THE CITATIONS EARLIER THIS YEAR AFTER DRIVERS CLAIMED THEIR TRANSPONDERS WEREN'T WORKING OR PAPERWORK MISTAKES.
