No fooling he's guilty? I sure hope he gets a fair trial. Poor guy I wouldn't want to see him treated un-justly,that would be inhumane.

I still say the piece of crap deserves death,not life in prison. Of course that's my opinion.

How about a simple poll,if you think he's guilty and should receive life in prison answer LIFE. If you feel he should receive the death penalty answer DEATH.

If you think he's innocent and your his lawyers or members of his fanclub,GET A LIFE!

You know what's next and now reality has set in and you better smell the coffee..To spell it out for a "select" few and to satisfy their ego's I'll edit my statement.If this can happen to pet food now what happens later?So if you can't get it you never will.This not in any way shape or form to insult any person who might have lost a pet,there are some who would like you to think that they have personal issues.If people do not wake up and smell the roses then you'll be pushing them along with the daisies.

FBI/DHS, reports nothing to fear about that some questionable types have applied for positions as school bus drivers.Now the government will require all bus drivers to get an expensive background check before they can legally drive a  bus. Just like the Haz.Mat.scam for truck drivers, do these people actually believe a terrorist or any other person with a motive is going to go through a background check,or stand in line at a drivers license facility so they can legally commit an act of terrorism? No, it's another "tax" on the working man,school bus drivers are underpaid big time and haul the most precious cargo there is for peanuts.That's why "some of the bad apples" of the school bus industry drive like maniacs with kids on their buses these underpaying sub-contracting companies charge these school districts(taxpayers) an arm and a leg for their services and pay the bare minimum to their drivers.

Just like trucking,school bus driving is attractive to possible terrorists or any other deranged types who can get in the seat.Almost 6 yrs. since Sept. 11 and these genious types now feel this is a matter of importance.

We are not getting what we pay for in government for them to just now to think of something new to tell the people to "scare" them out of more tax dollars.Has anyone ever noticed how many used/older school bus get shipped to Mexico?I have noticed this for years, it makes me wonder why they need all of those buses in Mexico.
