This will curl your hair (if you still have hair). Seems like the Dems are not giving us much choice...no matter who wins the nomination. Hilley and Billy...or...Obama and Osama. Yuk!!

I'm sure you have heard the term, "Birds of a feather flock together". Should Sen. B. Obama be known by the company he keeps? Do evil companions corrupt?

Take your blood pressure medication prior to reading further and keep this in mind...........

1 Cor 15:33
(New American Standard Bible)
Do not be deceived: "Bad company corrupts good morals."
(King James Bible)
Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

1 Tim 6:5
Perverse disputing of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

2 Tim 3:5
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

2 Tim 3:7
Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

...in the New Testament to find the answers, if you do not know already, you might want to read these verses in several approved translations to understand the full meaning. I know everyone had to have seen a clip of Obama's (so called) preacher on FOX news. Sounds to me as though he should be tried for treason!

Obama's Pastor: GD America, U.S. to Blame for 9/11.

Obama's Pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Has a History of What Even Obama's Campaign Aides Say Is 'Inflammatory Rhetoric'.

Sen. Barack Obama's pastor says blacks should not sing "God Bless America" but "GD America."

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's south side, has a long history of what even Obama's campaign aides concede is "inflammatory rhetoric," including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own "terrorism."

In a campaign appearance earlier this month, Sen. Obama said, "I don't think my church is actually particularly controversial." He said Rev. Wright "is like an old uncle who says things I don't always agree with," telling a Jewish group that everyone has someone like that in their family.

Rev. Wright married Obama and his wife Michelle, baptized their two daughters and is credited by Obama for the title of his book, "The Audacity of Hope."

An ABC News review of dozens of Rev. Wright's sermons, offered for sale by the church, found repeated denunciations of the U.S. based on what he described as his reading of the Gospels and the treatment of black Americans.

"The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, GD America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people," he said in a 2003 sermon. "GD America for treating our citizens as less than human. GD America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme."

In addition to damning America, he told his congregation on the Sunday after Sept. 11, 2001 that the United States had brought on al Qaeda's attacks because of its own terrorism.

"We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye," Rev. Wright said in a sermon on Sept. 16, 2001.

"We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America's chickens are coming home to roost," he told his congregation.

Sen. Obama told the New York Times he was not at the church on the day of Rev. Wright's 9/11 sermon. "The violence of 9/11 was inexcusable and without justification," Obama said in a recent interview. "It sounds like he was trying to be provocative," Obama told the paper.

Rev. Wright, who announced his retirement last month, has built a large and loyal following at his church with his mesmerizing sermons, mixing traditional spiritual content and his views on contemporary issues.

"I wouldn't call it radical. I call it being black in America," said one congregation member outside the church last Sunday.

"He has impacted the life of Barack Obama so much so that he wants to portray that feeling he got from Rev. Wright onto the country because we all need something positive," said another member of the congregation.

Rev. Wright, who declined to be interviewed by ABC News, is considered one of the country's 10 most influential black pastors, according to members of the Obama campaign.

Obama has praised at least one aspect of Rev. Wright's approach, referring to his "social gospel" and his focus on Africa, "and I agree with him on that."

Sen. Obama declined to comment on Rev. Wright's denunciations of the United States, but a campaign religious adviser, Shaun Casey, appearing on "Good Morning America" Thursday, said Obama "had repudiated" those comments.

In a statement to ABCNews.com, Obama's press spokesman Bill Burton said, "Sen. Obama has said repeatedly that personal attacks such as this have no place in this campaign or our politics, whether they're offered from a platform at a rally or the pulpit of a church. Sen. Obama does not think of the pastor of his church in political terms. Like a member of his family, there are things he says with which Sen. Obama deeply disagrees. But now that he is retired, that doesn't detract from Sen. Obama's affection for Rev. Wright or his appreciation for the good works he has done."
--------------------------------------------

Well I say, "If anyone didn't agree with or doesn't except what their preacher preaches & teaches, then why continue to stay around and stand behind that church and preacher?" Anyone else would find a different church that they are completely satisfied with and can believe in and agree with to the fullest with out any daught with their preachings and teachings! I can't help but really wonder just what Obama's true belief is and the truth of what is really on his mind and in his heart? All aspects about this leads to questional intent!

What action (if any) do you think should be taken against this preacher man? Could he be protected by the church?

How would you call it?

“Treason” or “Freedom of Speech”

This one is sick , sad and funny all at the same time ! I keep going back to it in my head and the inescapable fact is that if a white man (or woman) was trying to defend his/her pastor and : “spiritual advisor” for say the same things , we would not be discussing their “elect ability” because we would be well under way with their impeachment and removal from office.
Try it this way ...Tom Feeney is found to have been attending KKK meetings for the past 20 years and defends himself by saying “I can no more turn my back on the grand dragon than I can turn my back on the white people”..........LOL at open racism !
I will say it now and it will be repeated on the issue of “race relations” Obama is not the solution he is in fact a part of the problem. He must lose his current position in the government and be baned from ever serving again.

Can't help but wonder what Obama's true motives are with the presidentcy! He is a problem and he has problems which could have very well been taught by his so called spiritual advisor! That makes him dangerous and untrustworthy!

O yea to your question , fact is that we are at war so reverend Wright is very much guilty of “treason”. He is openly advocating for the over throw of this government a using his pulpit to further the goals of our enemy ...by any definition he is guilty of plotting against this country ! LOL@ racist enemies of the United States ...and the PC environment that lets the color of their skin shield them from justice

Obama is standing by his preacher , reverend Wright is standing by our enemy so what we have seen this week is one of two things Political suicide by this man or the first step in new campaign of genocide by Islam (this one right here at home!)

On another post, my comment was did Wright pick up the reins, after the Black Panthers and Jessie Jackson balied ? The best that I recall, the Black Panthers preached the violent overthrow of the American goverment. By definition, that would constitute treason. Many of the Panthers were arrested and convicted on weapons and drug charges. I just wonder if it had been White Panthers, if we'd have seen treason trials, convictions and hangings ? Does make one wonder these days. Great post Mater !

I can build on your question MEB last year the “Black Panthers” descended on a southern town brandishing weapons and appearing on TV promising violence if 6 black boys where not clear of charges (that they are clearly guilty of!)...but in the same year a group of unarmed white men decided to watch the souther border and where harassed arrested subjected to unconstitutional search and seizure etc. so it is obvious that at this time in history it is possible for a “black” to get away with actions that a “white” can not.

In which makes it pretty clear who is the biggest racist! The guilty always yells the loudest! And yet they wonder why they are looked down upon...go figure!
