I want to Dance!!!!

I'm watching Dancing with the Stars....and I am soooooo loving it!!!!

One of my dreams is to be a magnificent ball room dancer. Well....maybe just good enough to dance the mambo at the next ball!   : -)
To move like those dancers.... gliding on the floor...I wish it was me.

I'm not a good dancer at all....I can barely dance....I guess that's why Mark Thompson is in charge of the dancing part in front of the weather wall. He's very coordinated.
Me? I need a really good teacher!

Being on Dancing with the Stars would force me to learn the right way. It would be a fantastic way to exercise too. I hate going to the gym so the dancing thing might be just what I need to get my heart pumping.

Tom Bergeron....please call me and tell me I have a spot.

Hi Maria:
I would never guess that you are not a marvelous dancer, because you look very graceful on television whenever I see you. I think you are onto something when you suggested that dancing would be an excellent form of exercise. It sure is! I used to dance every night when I was in San Diego, but now that I am in LA, I have not found the right place. I sure miss it. I have always wanted to find someplace to hang out and learn new steps and keep in shape. I wonder if there are any places in LA? If there was, we could meet up there and hang out sometimes.

i would have thought too that your a good dancer. just seem like the type i guess. well you can always take up classes. i'm just not sure if it will fit in your schdule. as for dancing with the stars. my sister is a fan, i am not. but if someone does win, i'm rooting for adam carolla, the deaf girl that was on the the l-word, and steve guttenburg. they are the only people in the show that i'm intersted in.

Maria,

I have 2 left feet myself...but that's okay! I hope you find yourself a dance class to fulfill your dream...and I hope you have plenty of fun with it. I have an idea...perhaps if you and Mark have the weather stuff done before American Idol comes on, you two can practice some moves together while the contestants sing! Yeah, that's an idea...wouldn't that be fun? But do that only for a half hour, so that in case something changes fast, you'll have time to do the changes before 10:00 comes along.

Gosh Maria; not too sure what to say here except that using the word is a self defeating word!

Negative self talk is not the way either...

I suppose if I had to point you in some direction I would say find the right Aerobic InstructOR or tress if need be; but one that say did shows in Vargas over the weekends (or was capable) knows some marshal arts {hey that in itself might be the trick}, as well as ballet.

I have had several different instructors and tress that had great fun...

anyway these may help you move out from wishing; away from wanting anymore; and forward into your future of being a confident coordinated flexible wisk of wind over any floor.

dance, ball room, ballet or just some good clean fighting!

Strange, during season 4, I was listening to "Wake me up before you go" and for some reason, I thought of you doing the jive to it. A premonition? That would be hilarious.

That said, just remember how harsh the judges can be and how fickle the public can be, if that doesn't deter you, then go for it. It would be nice to see you in a new forum.
