Just saw the news flash concerning the officers involved in capturing the three men as shown on fox 29 exclusive video. I don't have a problem with most of the judgements handed down except for the Seargents. This man was not involved physically with the suspects but received a demotion from Seargent to Patrolman. Why? because he didn't "stop" the take down. You have 15 or so angry officers, a mob essentially, and this one man is supposed to "stop" them? Forget the fact that he may have to rely on anyone of these fellow officers to protect his back in the future, or that the suspects might of got away had he took "action". Was he given ample time afterwards to investigate or was this video flashed on tv before he had a chance to? I only hope that justice and setencing comes to these thugs as fast as it has come to the officers involved in this incident.
