Well here we go again , mimicking the catholic church .  It was reported yesterday that Telemundo will be offering an anchoring position to Mirthala Salinas a.k.a. ( Villaraigosa's lover) , in  Orange county . Salinas will continue to be a politcal reporter . It was reported that her behavior at the station was unethical , so they will transfer her to another location to continue her work ethics . What a joke !  Man oh man the Orange county guys or shall I say " polititions" are in for some enjoyment .  Question , will someone please give me an answer , why do we tranfer problems to other places , and why  put them in the same identical position to continue their ill behavior ???? W H Y ?

Because "they" (the target and or source of aggravation) probably has leverage (perhaps damaging to the opponents posistion) of their own, so a compromise is realized in the form "transferring". Is like pardoning Richard Nixon. A person cant leave a door ajar without it letting the cool air out, or the hot air in/vice versa.

stanholtz , are you saying Mirthala probably has dirt on telemundo or the politions ? Or is it just politcal power ? I think I just answered my own question . I'm sorry but I am so sick and tired of these adulters and such getting transferred only to continue being bad !

I would hardly compare this to the Catholic Church. She didn't rape anybody (that we know of).

She contributed to the distruction of a marriage , she is an adultress . Mirthala should have fest up and been honest with her bosses and had some self respect . These idiotic men in power will take full advantage of any woman they can get thier grubby hands on .I know it's not even close to being a pedefile , I meant the transferring of problems . Villaraigosa was not the first politition she was romantically involved (slept) with . Got to go , blog tomorrow ..Bye

I got this email from a reliable source. Calls were 50 to 1 against. Now Reid is going to push for it.

on KABC “The Al Rantel Show” at (10:00pm EST, 7:00pm PST) to discuss the now-shelved
DREAM Act which would have provided immediate legal residency, a path to citizenship and full access to all federal and public financial aid for illegal alien students and their families. Late last night Senator Dick Durbin realized he didn’t have enough support for this bill and it was withdrawn from the Department of Defense Appropriations Bill to which it was attached. Of course, not accepting defeat, Sen. Harry Reid has said today that they will try to get it passed and latched on to another bill in November. Senate staffers have said off-the-record that calls were 50 to 1 against the DREAM Act. Apparently, Sen. Reid, and the National Council of La RAZA just don’t get that the overwhelming majority of Americans are against rewarding illegal aliens with the benefits and privileges of legal residency and citizenship while at the same time compromising not only the safety, health and welfare of American citizens and law-abiding immigrants but also as in the DREAM Act, jeopardizing American students’ ability to finance their college dreams.

I hope you are equally outraged by the planned ga pride march that has the blessings of Nancy Pelosi. The theme? "The Last Supper". I am offended and every single Christian should be. If they were making fun of Mohammad, there would be blood in the streets with the rioting. Where are our rights? Where is our protection? And why is a public official not expressing dismay at the distasteful display that is derogatory to a faith practiced by many Americans? Is San Francisco even really a part of the United States anymore? Just curious.

Who says that the gay pride march is to make fun of the last supper? Many gay people are also Christian, Catholic, Buddhist, etc. Some people, depending on their own belief, don't have a conflict between their religion and sexuality. Some churches are in gay communities with gay and heterosexual leaders. I would never want to take the right that everyone has to choose their own spirituality away from them. We all deserve to make our own choices, even when others disagree. Just because a gay organization chooses a religious theme does not automatically mean that it is with the intention to ridicule or make fun of it. This is the first I have heard of this particular situation, so I don’t know anything about it other than what is in this blog, but this is my opinion. No, I am not gay, I just don’t see gay people as having any less HUMAN rights than anyone else. We are all just people. All of us are individually different in some way, from all of the others. Can’t we all just get along?

And yes even if you don't approve San Francisco is still a big part of our United States and every gay person any where else in this country are still American. Even the gays fighting in this horrible war, yes, they also are American. They are voluntarily fighting for your rights as a fellow American.

I think anybody that discriminates and has so much hatred toward people that are different then themselves must be very unhappy and probably live a sad life . All that's left for them to do is hate , focus on certain groups and pick on them .

I agree, and what is really scary is that some of the haters are teachers influencing our kids. Any religion that causes someone to believe that they are superior to others is dangerous and radical… even if it is Christianity. Religion is personal, it is about the individual finding a path to grow from, not a podium to judge others from. Many people get this confused.

Even the Bible warns against judging, yet that seems to be the main objective of some churches or religious organizations, to make them think they are better than the rest of the world and that they are the judges above everyone. They are so very much missing the point of "being Christ like" it is just sad. But then again how many wars are being fought based on religious differences? One would be too many. Yet here we are.
