Motown Philly Back again!!! Ok. I have seen a lot of performances at Penn's Landing but I have never seen it get as crowded as it did for the Boys II Men Concert there as a part of the 4th of July festivities.  They STILL got it. There wasn't a seat available anywhere.  

I was in high school or something when they were at the peak of their fame. They sound great and when they started singing songs like MOtown Philly and Bended Knee, it really brings back some memories. I am not the biggest R and B fan in the world but I did like their music growing up and realized that I still do.  Gonna have to go download on itunes!!

Nostalgia is a beautiful thing. Ok. gonna post some pictures of the show tomorrow. Promise!! Come back and see!!!

When I heard your voice I said....

Speaking of nostalgia and high School...

Little Anthony and the Imperials sang at my senior prom.

That was a good while after they had reached their peak of fame.

They were still pretty good, though.

Ah, Boyz II Men, well them but mostly Babyface, as he wrote/co-wrote many of the good R&B songs of the late 80's and early 90's.
Ever since then, it went down the tubes after that.

But then again, it has picked up since then thanks to all the HOT R&B women singers now. So what, they can't sing as good as R&B singers of before. So what, that the songs they sing are unoriginal and boring. They look GOOD!! umph...
