Giuliani about to say adios

Well, I'm here! At the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library for the last GOP debate before Super-Tuesday.

And in less than 15 minutes Rudy Giuliani will hold a press conference here to formally announce what we already know: he's bowing out of the race.

Got to go grab my seat now...more later.
