Bible Fragment Meaning

A piece of The Bible blew up on the doorstep of Fox Philadelphia. It's believed to have come from the fire at a Baptist church int eh city's Strawberry Mansion section. The fragment (pictured below) comes from the book of John, chapter 9. What do you think it means?
