As a former Police Officer, I still shed a tear when an Officer is taken from us. I have lost a partner and friend myself, several years ago; but I still remember how I felt. These animals are Terrorists, not gangs. They terrorize, pillage, rape, sell drugs and so on... All for the sake of getting kicks or thinking they are proving something. There are some out there that say they are victims of society, or they were mistreated as children. Well that is a load of crap! I was abused as a child, but I chose my own path. I don’t beat my wife or kids, sell drugs, rape little children or stalk my neighbor’s daughters, and I went hungry a lot as a child. I don’t blame society for my woes as a child; I blame the jerk(s) that committed this violence towards me. I blame the looser dad that sat on his butt and let us go hungry and without basic needs like heat and water. While he spent my deceased moms Social Security Death Benefit checks on drugs and alcohol.

Anyone that takes up a life of crime, or joins a violent gang, they are no better than an animal, and should be treated as such.  Treat them like they are nothing more than a rabid animal and euthanize it!

These are Home Grown Terrorists in our country. They preceded the 9/11 Terrorists; yet we do nothing more than TRY to put them behind bars for a little while, where they learn how to be more violent criminals. Lets treat them the same as we would a 9/11 Terrorist if we caught them. Send them away forever. No contact with anyone, no family visits, nothing. They want to act like Terrorists; we should treat them as Terrorists. Better still, charge them with Treason. Given the new Patriot Act, I am sure this trash would qualify somewhere. This is War on our own ground, and we are to molly-coddled to believe we need to take a firm and very aggressive stand against these Terrorists. We need to do more than just say we support our Law Enforcement, we need to stand with them, point out the trash, start taking back this country because it belongs to us all, not just them. We owe them nothing, yet they are entitled to TAKE WHAT THEY WANT

You it really ticks me off? You read an add; $39.99 for a $149.99 item, then you look ‘real close’ at the barely legible printing, so friggen small you need a magnifying glass to make out what is says. "After Manufacture and Store ‘Mail In’ Rebates".

In this Digital Age, there is absolutely no reason that you can’t apply all ‘rebate’ offers at the register. People look, it is the 21st Century, and we are in the age of the Computer Highway. A time when we can send a book the size of War and Peace, from point A to point B in a matter of seconds. Why do we have to jump through the rebate hoop? Why can’t they simply do it at the register? Simple, because there are enough of you out there that actually thinks, “I am getting a great deal on this here item, derr hehehehe.” You know I am right. Banks use secure connections to transmit billions, if not trillions of dollars every days from point A, directly to point B. Then they disperse that same money among how many millions of account, just in this country alone?

First of all, if you have to pay full price for an item; IT IS NOT ON SALE!!! NOR IS IT A SPECIAL DISCOUNTED ITEM!!! Any moron that falls for this gimmick literally deservers the screwing they are getting. That is why they call it a SCAM, they get to keep your money, along with everyone else out there, making up possibly hundreds of millions of interest earning dollars (our money), the turn around and mail out maybe ten to thirty million dollars in so called rebates, to those that were fortunate enough to file in time, and did not procrastinate until the last minute.

Here is why they don’t, and it is simple math and ‘How to Screw the Customer’ 101…

If you buy an item for full price, they get the money, it stays in an account for X number of ‘weeks’ while the so called processing of a rebate form (i.e. they are accruing interest on the ‘sucker money’ in their accounts) is going on.

Now the catch is, while you are jumping through hoops to fill out in triplicate, and provide the original receipt to 1 to 3 different rebate centers, in which you are required to navigate a series of legalized BS; you then, if you are fortunate enough to have followed the 42,946 page instructions from a 42 foot long receipt; or some obscure web page, you will get your ‘rebate’ back in 12 to 24 weeks. But goodness forbid you miss the dotting of one ‘I’ or crossing a ‘T’, then they can refuse to give you the rebate. Better yet they can send it back for you to correct, you then send it BACK in, they in turn send it back to you claiming you failed to submit the ‘final entry’ before the ‘Date of Elimination’ or ‘Validity Date’.

Think about, why waste paper, time and make needless effort to feed some needless Marketing Ploy? Why can’t the store just have their programmers make a script that does it all at the register. Why not just pay some programmer for a few days work, and still save their customers money? Way to easy, and it doesn’t feed their desire to ‘screw’ the American Consumer. There is absolutely not logistical feasibility in doing ‘Mail in Rebates’ any more. Not when it can be done faster and cheaper, electronically.
