If you've ever had to get a toy actually out of the packaging for a kid--you've felt it before: it's sometimes called "wrap rage."

Those "clamshell" or "oyster" packaging actually lands 6,000 people a year in the emergency room! Can you believe that? Most of them are lacerations.. but some are actual puncture wounds!

Districts like Rockwood decided to just shut down the whole district on Tuesday, November 4th - because so many of their schools are polling places.

They did it after getting the request from election officials...

Could "Trick-or Treating" be over after 8th grade promotion for Belleville, Illinois residents?

Well...that's an issue that will be discussed in Belleville's City Council meeting tonight.

Officials are considering banning high school students and anyone over the high school age group from "trick-or-treating."

The exception - special needs students.

The ban would also place a time restriction on "trick-or-treat" hours. "Trick or Treaters" will only be allowed to go door-to-door between 5pm and 8:30pm.

So...Belleville residents, high school students, and even the curious St. Louis and Metro East residents...what do you think? Blog your comments about the new proposal. Are you for it or against it? Should there be an age restriction for "trick or treaters"?
