Ever in your life experiences, say to yourself, i love something or someone or some idea? I have. Yet saying I LOVE and feeling LOVE is vastly different. Then there is romantic love, admiration, reverence, adoration.....love in all it's myriad forms. I speak to you from the positive spectrum of love, as opposed to something like lust, which is a twisted form of love. I won't go into any dirty details here. lol
There's a 63 y o friend of mine at work, he has been married for over 40 years!
Now that's some serious love! Love without conditions.
I always tell him it would be my honor to meet the woman who has put up with his bullcrap for that long.lol
My apologies people of the United States of America, I did NOT FEEL UNITY, until late last year, November 4TH 2009.
I speak from the center
{Why did it take you so long, F0x6Fan?--- you might have already asked yourself in your mind? }
"I don't know." ------would be my answer. Feeling and Thinking something can bring you two totally different life experiences. I can think that i have unity with someone. But that is a Far Cry from feeling unity. Compare it to living in Whitefish Bay as opposed to living in the inner city.
" I Think, Therefore I Am,"--- should be reinterpreted to read,
"I FEEL, THEREFORE I AM."
United we stand, divided we fall. Whether you descend from ither an intense desire for Opportunity, from hardworking Slaves , from hardworking Immigrants, or Indigenous people to a land who already knew what it was like to FEEL, let me iterate this to you: let us continue to move forward, to take the next 365 days of opportunity to be/do better.
Not with GREED, but with COMPASSION. I will label this concept, the New American Dream.
Now we began to FEEL again.
FEEL the unity, when you proclaim, "... United States!"
Better now than never. Better 2009 than ever. Better today, forever.
Happy New Year to all of the proud war veterans, and a sincerest of gratitude to War Veteran, Sen. John McCain.
So, since i am the spiritualist here, and my pops happens to be the 71 y o, Korean war veteran, i say "Thank You, Pops!" once again.
"Sometimes we have to fight for change,
....to bring about healthy change,
...sometimes we have to pray for peace,
...in order to bring about more balanced conditions,
Yet peace can only truly take seedling & flourish in one place,
and that is ........the place on the body which allows, embraces, and has room for peace?
Every blogger should know what place that is. Even a child would know the answer to this one. Go ahead--ask 'em?
They will tell you.
1 Tomorrow's God does not require anyone to believe in God.
2 Tomorrow's God is without gender, size, shape, color, or any of the characteristics of an individual living being.
3 Tomorrow's God talks with everyone, all the time.
4 Tomorrow's God is separate from nothing, but is Everywhere Present, the All That Is, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the Sum Total of Everything that ever was, is now, and ever shall be.
5 Tomorrow's God is not a singular Super Being, but the extraordinary process called Life itself.
6 Tomorrow's God is ever changing.
7 Tomorrow's God is needless.
8 Tomorrow's God does not ask to be served, but is the Servant of all of Life.
9 Tomorrow's God will be unconditionally loving, nonjudgmental, noncondemning, and unpunishing.

Giving and Receiving.
This is a repeat post of a blog i wrote back on May 04, 2008.
I just feel the message is appropriate now for those who have lost a bit of focus when you feel the urge to pull out that plastic card and follow the mainstream crush to find that perfect Holiday gift.
Is it better to give than to receive? It really doesn't matter. Spend money -- go ahead--- shop until you drop if that makes you FEEL good. There is absolutely nothing wrong in that.
It's not about how much money you spend anyway, or how many gifts you give
or how many times you insist that you go to church or believe in God, nope God loves all of us
It's not even about how many times you say the rosary, fast, meditate, beat yourself up, or admit you have "sinned", it's not even the number of (mistakes) you made, because you surely won't stop making mistakes until the day you die.
Life's true meaning is?
JUST BE
......BE!!!!!!!!.......or not to be ...that is the question,...(didn't i hear this somewhere before??lol) so be, [happy, sad, depressed, joyful, free-spirited, lonely, content, angry-etc.]
We are constantly in a process of BECOMING.
Our only real enemies besides ourselves, are guilt and fear, because it keeps us from living the full passionate life we are all meant to live, OR BECOMING THE PERSON WE IMAGINE OURSELVES TO BE.......get it?!
Oh, i forgot ..........what good is all this if you do not show your fellow brothers and sisters COMPASSION.
We are all spiritual brothers and sisters.
So Give.....Give......Give,
GIVING AND RECEIVING ARE THE SAME THING
What i give to another ...........in ultimate-reality i am giving to myself.
This is why our hearts swell up when we do something nice for someone besides our self.
It's "self" giving to "self"
.......the highest and ultimate truth of them all is that there is only ONE OF US
1.The Law of Attraction: States that which is like unto itself is drawn. Ever hear this wise saying, "birds of a feather flock together." or "Great minds think alike."
ex: Bush&Oil, i mean GeorgeBush&Oil,
Vince&Harleys&Rain,
Brett&theJets,
Oprah&Weight,
F0x6Fan&Fox6.
Attraction.
2.The Science of Deliberate Creation: I Think, Therefore, I am-- "That which i give thought to and that which i believe in or expect -----manifests into my physical experience. ---In other words, be very careful what you ask for, you just might get it."
3.The art of Allowing: I am that i am , and i am willing to allow all others to be that which they are. "No this is not advice from Popeye ---or maybe it IS -----this simply means what it says-----"Give everyone their space. And respect their space, their choices, and their opinions. As you would have others respect your viewspoints and your space or your TAKES. -----here's the catch....do it with respect ..........but most important of all.......COMPASSION
........a great, challenging, yet rewarding life lesson for us all
to be continued.
Five Steps To Peace.

This produces not just peace in the world. It creates peace in your inner world.
Neither the state of your world or your state of mind has allowed it lately.
Acknowledge that your old beliefs about Life hasn't been working..
Admit that there is something you do not understand about Life...
Be willing to experience a new way of Life...
Be courageous enough to expand your belief systems and examine new understandings
Live your lives as demonstrations of this new understanding
Here are a few examples:
--- buy a hybrid vehicle, ride a bike, recycle, become green--mentally, walk, run, exercise, laugh a lot, cry a little, dream big, buy a rain bucket---Oops! rain barrel.lol
Get the idea?
It's a start.
....To Waste.
I THINK... therefore I AM.
Most of us who are fortunate enough to retire are pushed and forced to retire at the ages of 55 y o--62 y o. Sitting at home in a rocking chair, where we wait to die.
No new input. We are considered done. This has nothing to do with Alzheimer's disease, to be honest with you there is no known link to this hereditary illness with mental laziness or well being.
Despite being the strongest computer on the planet, our brains do lapse. As humans, we spend much of our known existence stuffing our brains with ---stuff.
The Physical Brain is a regulator. It regulates bodily functions{your heartbeat, breathing, digestive functions, etc.}
The Mind is actually within every cell in the body. Each cell has it's own intelligence, every memory you ever had is stored in each cell. Ever hear of muscle memory? Weight lifters will tell you an emphatic,--"Yes!"
The Mind is quite simply forgotten after the age of 40. No one reads anymore. No one writes. No one teaches. No one learns. The mind is forgotten. It is not nourished. It is not expanded. No new input. The minimum output required. The mind is not fed. It is not awakened. It is lulled, dulled. We do everything we can to disengage it. Television, movies, mindless enquiring magazines, watching mindless sports and mindless reality shows and numbing it with alcohol or medicinal drugs all night.
The consensus is DON'T THINK after the age of 40 y o. Even at the age of 30, we let go of the mind.
The truth is, most of us don't want to have to think. We elect leaders, support governments, and adopt religions which require no independent thought from us.
"Please make it easy for me, just tell me what to DO."
Tell me somebody, anybody, tell me, please tell me.....TELL ME what to DO?!....don't let me be the one to have to think for myself.
Tell me when to speak? What time do i have to be in for work? What to wear? How much to eat? How to pray? When to fart? What are the rules? What are my boundaries? When is a good time for me to pay?!
Then, after giving up our personal power, we become disillusioned, disgusted, angry. We followed all the rules, did as we were told. So, when did it all turn sour? What in the heck went wrong?
It fell apart the moment you abandoned your mind----
---THE GREATEST CREATIVE TOOL YOU EVER HAD!
Here are some things you can begin doing as soon as today to regain your inner POWER:
Sleep well
Research indicates that the long-term memory is consolidated during sleep by replaying the images of the experiences of the day. These repeated playbacks program the subconscious mind to store these images and other related information. Take short naps if you can not squeeze in 8 hours / day like some slackers do.lol
Enjoy simple Pleasures
Stress drains our brainpower. A stress-ridden mind consumes much of our memory resources to leave us with a feeble mind. Make a habit to engage yourself in few simple pleasures everyday to dissolve stress from your mind. Some of these simple pleasures are good for your mind, body and soul.
- Enjoy music you love
- Play with your children or pets
- Appreciate others { in a sexy romantic way}
- Run a few miles a day, bike or swim
- Start a blog
- Take a yoga class, learn to play the guitar or piano or whatever
Exercise your mind
Just as physical exercise is essential for a strong body, mental exercise is equally essential for a sharp and agile mind. Have you noticed that children have far superior brainpower than an adult does? Children have playful minds. A playful mind exhibits superior memory power. Engage in some of the activities that require your mind to remain active and playful.
- Tackle a crossword puzzle, i love 'em
- Volunteer your time and services ....VOTE
- Ride a Harley across country or up north, take motorcycle lessons
- Start a new hobby such as blogging, reading, painting, bird watching
- Learn new skills or a foreign language
Practice Yoga or Meditation
Yoga or Meditation relives stress. Stress is a known memory buster. With less stress, lower blood pressure, slower respiration, slower metabolism, and released muscle tension follows. All of these factors contribute significantly towards increases in our brainpower.
Reduce Sugar intake
Sugar is a non-food. It’s a form of carbohydrate that offers illusionary energy, only to cause a downhill slump once the initial burst has been worn off. Excess intake of sugar results in neurotic symptoms. Excess sugar is known to cause claustrophobia, memory loss and other neurotic disorders. Eat food without adding sugar. Stay away from sweet drinks or excess consumption of caffeine with sugar.
Eat whole wheat
The whole wheat germs contain lecithin. Lecithin helps ease the problem of the hardening of the arteries, which often impairs brain functioning.
Eat a light meal at night
A heavy meal at night causes tossing and turning and a prolonged emotional stress while at sleep. It’s wise to eat heavy meal during the day when our body is in motion to consume the heavy in-take. Eating a light meal with some fruits allows us to sleep well. A good night sleep strengthens our brainpower.
Develop imagination
Greeks mastered the principle of imagination and association to memorize everything. This technique requires one to develop a vivid and colorful imagination that can be linked to a known object. If you involve all your senses - touching, feeling, smelling, hearing and seeing in the imagination process, you can remember greater details of the event.
Control your temper
Bleached food, excess of starch or excess of white bread can lead to nerve grating effect. This results in a violent and some time depressive behavior. Eat fresh vegetables. Drink lots of water and meditate or practice yoga to relieve these toxic emotions of temper and stressful mood swings.
Take a Multi-Vitamin and Vitamin C daily. B-complex strengthens memory power. Eat food and vegetables high in Vitamin B-complex. Stay away from the starch food or white bread, Vitamin C strengthens the immune system.
Everything in Moderation.

Philosophies say this is your last chance/or you get Unlimited Lives/Endless Opportunities at this Gift called Life/ in you get to Live it in as many different ways as possible/ you can use the same physical body & live that existence differently/or you can change your race/gender/...GOD Expressing/Becoming/Evolving.
Enjoy every moment while you are here now, i cannot emphasize those words enough, while you have air to breathe, please say "I Love You" to those whom are in your innermost circle. If you don't, even that DOESN'T MATTER.
NOTHING MATTERS.
Life is Unlimited Opportunities to BE......whatever & whoever you choose to be, in any given moment of NOW.
Confused?.....good....ur halfway home friend.
Here's a story, When i was in High School, back/in/the/day, {Milwaukee Tech HS class of 83}, i was so good in art class that my teacher use to grab my sketch book, and hold it up in front of the entire class and proclaim,"NOW THIS IS HOW A SKETCH BOOK IS SUPPOSED TO BE!" It used to embarrass the heck out of me. I was good at drawing. It kept me out of trouble, but it was a hobby. I haven't drawn anything in years. I'm perfectly at peace with that too. My passion now is Computers and Spirituality. My art teacher literally begged me to take a career in commercial arts. I've been a Facility Worker for 22 years now. Nothing beats serving humanity. When it comes to computers, I CAN TAKE THEM APART AND PUT THEM TOGETHER WITHOUT ANY HELP. WHEN IT COMES TO GOD, I DROPPED MY ENTIRE BELIEF SYSTEM WHEN I WAS 31 Y O. It was the most courageous thing i have ever done, i took a spiritual journey to find God/Peace/ The meaning of existence/and to study other philosophies. It was a journey i did not take alone. My older brother and sister joined me. It took 365 days. My mom thought i was crazy, she told her friends that we were in some kind of CULT. She's so funny.
It all came full circle.
Back to..................ME.
-me. Finding my own inner peace/love/ and joy. My dog "Boldie", my books, my private time at home, where there is a soft place to fall, my family, my job, my laptop, my friends at work, my whatever. My brother 43, Hank is an avid online chess player, and he is analytically fantastic, i've never beaten him, but it's his personal hobby. My Dad, 71, has hundreds of trophies from his old-pool playing days. My younger sister, Sabrena 35, manages a bank in Atlanta. My mom, 67, is a Retired Supervisor. My older sister, Sharon 46, finds joy in managing 2 Group Homes for the ambulatory handicap & disabled. Happiness is right here in my apt, at Home where i left it, instead of looking for it in money, a faraway vacation, or someone else. It's been right here all the time. You can't love God, if you don't love yourself. Meaning you can't love anything until you love Self first. I got it.
Dorothy would totally agree.lol
Boy, am i ever Blessed.

Hi Everyone,
People who know me or exist in my inner circle label me as a person that says what's own his mind.
That's being very polite. What they meant to say is that i open my big mouth before i think, on occasion.
Often to my own detriment. I have offended countless victims at work, home, and on this blessed web-site......both intentionally and unintentionally in my short lifetime.lol
I'm not religious at all. I used to be. I now consider myself Spiritual & rather Psychic, like some gifted Anchors who work for this News Station.
Sometimes i don't think before i say things. I proudly admit this. I just get this "feeling" that i MUST be right.
Some say trust your instinct, your gut, that still small voice inside,
...women call it " intuition".....men call it ........FOUR PACK of GUINNESS
I CALL IT the VOICE OF GOD.........that inner knowing that will never, ever, ever, ever lie to you......even when i'm trying desperately to LIE to myself.LOL
{I do not lie when i say to you PEACE&LOVE and Thanks for reading.}

Homeless In Our Downtown Area.

I work at the downtown Milwaukee County Courthouse. Every morning we find garbage, clothes, suitcases, and beer cans scattered everywhere. The sea-gulls and pigeons rain love down on us too, everywhere! Daily clean-up and a quick power-wash is just a temporary remedy. Yup, it's definitely job-security,
For spiritual reasons, i will not bother any homeless person or remove their belongings without first asking for their permission to, in a compassionate and nice way first. I prefer for them to remove their own belongings before i toss anything away. They live around this area, sleep all night, and hang out. All they seem to have left is very little dignity and loads of time. It is a situation that permeates every major city in America. Most of these people are ex-veterans living on a fixed income.
I've learned you cannot help those that do not want to be helped. Yet there are other ways to make a difference. Volunteer work, donations, a kind smile.
Many of us have experienced this situation before, or know someone personally living like this, some of us have made another choice early on in our lives that steered us inches away from such a hard-life. A life void of virtually any attachments. I see myself when i look at them sometimes. A different choice here or there makes the difference between a paycheck or life on the streets. Maybe big cities and homeless go hand-and-hand. Regardless of who wins in November. The homeless will be here to stay.
It's All About Balance

It's Thursday as i write this post, August 21st
I learned an invaluable lesson today.
A lesson in spiritual BALANCE.
Ever have one of those days where you know you shouldn't have gotten out of bed?
You know,
........ like the roll-over to the other side of the bed, grab the phone, and pull out the (fake-cough imitation routine) as you plead to your Boss, " i might see you< koff!-koff! > tomorrow, hopefully"....... kind of day.
Well, i didn't roll over.......i took my stupid you-know-what to work. Had a crappy morning & noon.......bumped heads with co-workers....went home....... and did nothing but watch the Olympics. I wasn't rude today, i just was having a DULL day. The weather was beautiful. Everything was perfect.
Life......it wasn't your fault. It was my fault this morning.
I forgot to smell the roses. I lost my "balance"
It took a turn after i took an afternoon nap.
I called up Family, got dressed, went out to eat and spent some quality time together just hanging out at a nice restaurant / bar. Met some new people too. This night suddenly is GREAT. Then it hit me.
Lesson Learned. Family, Friends, & Meeting New People.
I AM COMPLETELY GRATEFUL FOR THIS GIFT OF LIFE. Life IS Beautiful.
Just be conscious (aware) of the Balance within the EXPERIENCE. The bad helps you appreciate the good.
Then i find out on Yahoo Sports that Da Bears lost 30 to 37 close game to Frisco.
I look at my watch, it's 4 min after midnight. Ha! ......Just made it.
This will be difficult for some of you to hear,
This isn't about survival of the fittest folks. It's about ADJUSTING / ADAPTING.
Here are some of the Highest Truths:
Everything is in Motion.
All Thought is Energy.
Nothing in my World is Real.
Everything that ever happened, is happening, and ever will happen is happening NOW!
There is no such thing as Death. Energy cannot be Destroyed.
You get as many chances at this life as you need.....and you can play it out many different ways
There is NOTHING else to do.
You don't have to do ANYTHING. Just BE. Whatever that is.
Learn to live within the ILLUSION.
THERE IS ONLY ONE OF US.
There is No Such thing as "Hell." Either life here is Hell or Heaven for you.
Peace-Joy- Love-Life-God-Change-.....it's all interchangeable.
You are creating your next life right now with your very thoughts, beliefs, fears, choices & desires.
There are No Accidents / There is no such thing as LUCK....Luck is Preparedness meeting Opportunity.
Good & Bad are relative. It is all Life Force / Energy.
YOU ARE LOVE
LOVE IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS REAL, ETERNAL & LASTS FOREVER
LOVE FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS
PEACE
Isaac Hayes & Bernie Mac are about to greet & entertain the Heavenly Angels.
There will be sweet music & lots of hearty laughter at the Pearly Gates.

So i'm sitting in my living room, Fox6 News WITI has just signed off...and i'm tuning into the Olympic Games, blogging & wondering which Legendary Entertainer, still with us, will bring the third gift to the GODS ?
Gold, Frankincense, & Myrrh Blessings to Mount Olympus!
There will be no "Rest In Peace" in Heaven.

"The Silence of God has haunted both saints and skeptics in some stages of their spiritual life. However, God is not silent; we have just blocked out his communications through the amplified noise of our worries."
"God speaks to us of beauty in the flowers of summer. God sings to us in the chirp of birds, of warning in the awesome splendor of a thunderstorm, and in the melody of our favorite song. God even preaches to us in the love of our "enemies". God is not silent."
"The saints teach us to listen with patience and faith. Skeptics remind us of the emptiness of sorrow. You have reminded us of the importance of gratitude."
