NOW.............that I got your attention........Disney is really right for their crackdown. HOWEVER, they have brought this upon themselves. If you remember, in the not too distant past, Pleasure Island had gates on both ends.  The benefits of  that;

1. Had to pay to get in, or buy a season pass. This gave you entrance to every club & the crowd was generally 21 & up. There was never any problems...we had passes for 3 years (only 10 mins from our house). We went over... hung out, went to all the clubs...went home.

2. Security was minimal, streets were not too crowded & no young kids just hangin' out.

3. Clubs were busy all the time..plenty too do.

NOW.........

1. There is no admission charge to Pleasure Island. This allows anybody to walk through as often as they want.

2. The clubs are completely empty....maybe 20-30 people at most.....some 0 people.

3. There are NO seats out side anymore...just a little corner....with about 8 small tables.

4.  They took away the 2 stages, so no live performances anymore.

5. Stores that used to be busy, are now closed. So as you walk through, it looks like the place is failing.

6. Groups of young kids (of all races) hanging all over.

We don't go there anymore because it's so chaotic. You can barely move through the street...it's very crowded. The young kids are always in large groups. Going to a club with 20 people inside...kinda takes any from the atmosphere as well ...which is part of the reason we  go.

BRING BACK THE OLD PLEASURE ISLAND..............THAT SOLVES THE PROBLEM.

FOX...DO A STORY !!

Pleasure Island is/was not my cup of tea, but, I do see your point.
