My uncle Ralph . He took a wild eyed boy that was failing in school and in life . He taught me about life , what it takes to be a man . He also taught me the only true wealth a person has , is his honor . Because of him I place God , Family and my country above all . I MISS HIM SO ..

Cast Iron Skillet corn bread . Anybody ever eat butter milk and corn bread ? You have to like buttler milk to injoy this dish .
Wilted lettuce .With cook bacon bits and green onion tops .

In honor of the season , being so close to Saint Patricks Day and all . With all you fine folks weaing the green . And just maybe taking a pint or two . I was thinking this maybe a grand time for the telling of Irish jokes .

An Irishman is driving his cart home from the pub . He's had a few too many and the cart is weaving all over the road . The local magistrate stops his cart . The magistrate say's " good afternoon Michial , have ya been drinking at the pub . Michial replies , you bet I have , I almost drank them dry .
The magistrte say's , Mike you do know your wife fell out of the cart about a mile back don't ya .? Michial says " oh thank heaven , I thought I,d gone deaf .!
