Unlike the lie that FREEDOMFREE perpetuates here, freedom is NOT free.

We must always remember Pearl Harbor, and now the Twin Towers, another surprise attack by those that envy us and our freedom. Without the men and women of the military, we wouldn't have that freedom.

God bless them all.

On december 8,1941 my pops enlisted in the army air corp. He said what the Japanese did ticked him off so bad that he did not care what he did in the army, just that he did.

Last year I was in Hawaii at Hickam Air Base which is connected to Pearl Harbor on Dec 7th. That was a sobering day for me just to see the ceremonies and talk to some of the guys who were there and hear what they went through. It kind of gives you a whole new perspective on what life and liberty are all about.

A few generations after Pearl Habor we have the "politically correct" trying to make it look like the U.S. was the aggresser in WW II.

For example: On Dec 7, a few years back, I was sitting in coffee shop talking to an old guy, a WW II Vet, about his trip to visit Pear Harbor. He said that even whith his own war expirence this is an incredable thing to see.

The thing that made him the most uncomfortable was the 1000's of Japananese on the island.
At that point a guy at an age that missed the Korean War, and spent his time protesting the Vietnam War, jumped up and yelled at the old guy "this is why there is always war nobody wants to forget, look at what we did, we dropped an Atomic bomb right in the middle of thier Island why wouldn't they bomb Pearl Harbor".

The old guy pulled him aside to talk. I don't know what he said, but the young fellow wasn't as cocky when he left.

If we allow the PC to control we see and hear in the media, I,m afraid the next generation will have no clue what happened at Pearl Harbor or on 9/11.

I'm so tired of political correctness. How can there be any room for it when dealing with facts?
Things are as they are.
I like talking to the old timers who were there. It's so interesting. There is so much that can be learned. Details that the history books don't have. Personal stories. I really wish that all of these stories could be recorded.

Well, the conspiracy kooks are already spreading the filth about FDR knowing about the attack before it occurred.

On the other end of the war you have them saying the only reason that Harry Truman dropped the atomic bomb was because he had it and had spent a fortune on it and was determined to use it.

Next thing you know they'll be denying the holocaust took place.....oh, wait....they're doing that already!
