Members of the Westboro Baptist Church plan to stage an illegal demonstration in Ohio on Saturday, picketing outside the funeral of Congressional Representative Stephanie Tubbs-Jones who died last week suddenly from a brain aneurysm.

Ohio law prohibits demonstrating at both funerals and funeral processions. On the 22 August, the
U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, affirmed a District Court ruling upholding the Ohio Funeral Protest Law.

Shirley Phelps-Roper, a Member of the Topeka, Kansas racist church, challenged the Ohio law in Federal Court claiming the law was unconstitutionally over-broad in violation of the 1st Amendment.

In January following the deadly snow storm in China, the racist church issued a press release saying that
"God Hates China." Subsequent to the catastrophic Sichuan Earthquake on May 12, the racist church distributed a press release thanking God for the tragic earthquake which has resulted in the deaths of
69,226 people as of last week.

There are simply no adequate words that may describe my indignation of these simple minded racists, espousing hatred in the name of God.

Tomorrow these anti-Asian religious wackos, are planning on staging a protest at the funeral of
Todd Bachman who was murdered during the opening day of Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics.
