Is Barack Hussein Obama Constitutionally Eligible To Be President ?

Senator Barack Hussein Obama has been sued in USDC, Pennsylvania alleging that he is constitutionally ineligible to become President of the United States. Likewise should it be determined that he is not qualified to become President, could it be that he is not eligible to be a Member of Congress?

Last month I wrote about Obama's Birth Certificate Controversy arguing that, "Barry could immediately put this controversy to rest by simply producing one true and accurate copy of the original birth certificate, what we have seen so far is not a 1960's birth certificate..."

Barry Obama has it within his power to produce a true and accurate birth certificate which is 1960's technology---the certificate that Obama has so far produced is clearly not a genuine representation of
his birth in Hawaii.

The allegations made in the complaint under the caption of Philip J. Berg  v. Barack Huseein Obama, et. al. USDC, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Case No. 08-CV-4083
