Today an interesting chart was released showing the state of the union today compared to when Bush took office in 2001. Yes its one perspective... but several statistics are hard to fudge and given the collapsing economic news throughout the globe, its gonna be hard to "spin" this on in favor of the GOP.

sorry, I don't have access to the footnotes and sources-but show us otherwise.

What I don't understand is why no one attempts to assassinate Bush. Not that I would wish that on anyone, but it has happened in the past to better people...

It seems that during the Buah years we have become very complacent and willing to complain more and do less.

::::shakes head sadly::::::

Wake up sheeple.

It's way past time for change.

This hole is so deep we may never get out.

Not one item in this latest graph favors the President. Seven years and this man has nothing right ? Or could this be a graph of just bad things. No one knows how true this is, we are to take our time to discredit it. Would it not be easier to just print the truth ? It seems the ways of the NY Times has hit the Fox blogs. If it sounds good print it no matter if it is true or not. But show us otherwise.

wig, you never cease to amaze. I don't advocate killing anyone. A long stay in extreme isolation for each of the traitors who disowned the citizens of the United States... yes. But murder? It would be too easy on them.

V, nice try, you find something he's done and prove me wrong. I love this pretzel logic, having me prove my stuff while you take cheap-shots. Been weened on the FOX News network so long you think thats a legitimate request? Get a clue... or a fact about your hero in the white house.

Better look fast cuz his credibility is tumbling like a falling house of cards- er falling housing market.

Colby, lets start by you naming one city in the US that has been attacked since 9-11. That seems more important to me than what Indonesia thinks of us. Why is your glass always on the empty side ?

Actually, I find it rather odd that not one other city has been attacked.
It's almost as if these terrorists don't have the means to attack us.
Almost as if our security is just too tough.
Makes one wonder how they managed 9/11 to begin with?

Maybe, just maybe, 9/11 was orchestrated by our own government to justify invading Iraq for control of their oil!?!?

Wow, what a site for Liberals... I hate to say it but did anyone read "Earwigs" post?? The city of Milwaukee is a great place of "true liberalism"...hmm, let me think, a city where there are gangs on every corner, a murder every other day, and trash piling up in the streets. City Management can not handle trash, snow, or waste water...a liberal government.... What a great thing...glad I don't live there!!

Sure , blame the city's management.
I am sure they armed all the gangbangers too.
I bet they even tell the people to just dump the trash anywhere and not to dig out their trash bins.
If the people of Milwaukee want things better they need to stand up and make it better.
All of the other surrounding communities seem fine. What could the problem in Milwaukee be?
You know, in the Falls, we even have to buy our own garbage cans. Imagine that?
And we have to paint and repair our houses or we get fined. We seem to manage.
Sounds to me like the city and it's people need to start working along with the police and waste management and make their city better. Instead of complaining and expecting the city to take care of them.

But Kat, that is what liberalism is, complain and wait for someone to take care of you. You know, entitlements.

I bet hillary hopes they jail the Bush administration. Just imagine how much she could sell pardons for with this group if she gets elected . I like the little graph but i'd like to know who's to blame and why .

John Lennon said it best....

As soon as you're born they make you feel small
By giving you no time instead of it all
Till the pain is so big you feel nothing at all
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be

They hurt you at home and they hit you at school
They hate you if you're clever and they despise a fool
Till you're so ------- crazy you can't follow their rules
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be

When they've tortured and scared you for twenty odd years
Then they expect you to pick a career
When you can't really function you're so full of fear
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be

Keep you doped with religion and sex and TV
And you think you're so clever and classless and free
But you're still ------- peasants as far as I can see
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be

There's room at the top they are telling you still
But first you must learn how to smile as you kill
If you want to be like the folks on the hill
A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be

If you want to be a hero well just follow me
If you want to be a hero well just follow me

Well the presidential erection cycle has gone into the final stretch. In some of the most violent conventions since 1968, the people have again seen their rights trampled under the boots and battions of a brutal police force. Meanwhile inside, thousands of hysterical fans screamed like it was the Beatles as their choices for office took the stages. Have both parties sold out to Big Media and Multinationals? Does anyone in the US care? Lets hope people are doing more than watching TV to form their opinion. The stakes are becoming incredibly high in this rapidly globalized world... where decisions made now effect the entire planet and all its inhabitants... Are you choosing experience or what TV tells you is experience? Poncias Pilate was a Governor and Jesus, a community organizer. Beware the false prophets.
