I'm back from my Quebec City trip, and I wanted to thank all of the viewers who wrote wondering where I was.  I really appreciated it.  Rather than write back each and every person with the same response...  I figured I'd just write a blog about it.  Thanks again.  Quebec City was just like a beautiful European city without the trash on the streets.  It was perfect.  I plan to post some pictures under my blog section tomorrow!  Thanks to everyone.

It always amazes me that there are cities larger than Philadelphia that are actually CLEAN! I've not been to Quebec yet, but I know from 2 trips to Toronto that it's way cleaner than here. Also just returned from Dublin which has a larger population than us and it was practically trash free. Did the folks in thses other large cities get a better upbringing than Philly residents? Maybe their moms and dads actally told them not to toss their trash in the streets! And if everyone cleaned up their own sidewalk, just imagine the improvement.

It's pretty remarkable. I think the people there have an understanding that everyone has to take responsibility for keeping the country clean. It seems, that in America, we assume other people are going to pick up after us. Like the guy I watched on South Street drop an entire bag of fast food garbage right on the sidewalk.

Clayton, did you get a chance at all to talk to any of the people there... to get a little bit into their brains about how they feel that mutual respect and responsbility that you mentioned to keep their country clean?

Would be interested in hearing their thoughts. Welcome back!

Clayton Morris comes to FOX 29 from the The Daily Buzz morning show in Orlando. Before a stop in sunny Florida Clayton spent two years in Bluefield, West Virginia, where he was the main anchor at WVVA-TV. Prior to that, Clayton worked as a Political Reporter for Montana's News Station (which is a conglomerate of CBS affiliates throughout the state of Montana). Clayton started in news in Los Angeles, producing for KTTV Fox 11 News "Good Day LA." It was there he discovered his love for live television, politics, and ridiculous fun that can be had during morning news. Clayton can be seen each morning on Good Day Philadelphia.
