This evening on the 10:00 PM report you had a report on about a web site called Rotton Neighbors. Your reporter went on and on about what this site can be used for and you know  ( bla-bla-bla yada-dada-da). So I figured must be a slow news day. Then I was stund to see this reporter had the fortitude to ring the doorbell and shove a mike into the face of what appeared to be an eldery woman. This reporter identified herself and was wanting some answers for her questions. I'm sorry to say I missed the jest of the questions.

 I was still in shock when the program went to commericals. I'm sorry guys but that was just uncalled for I would someone like CNN or MSNBC to use these tatics not FOX. If you have to go to someones home bang on their door them shove a camer and mike in their face, then maybe it's, I don't know maybe time to .... I don't know. Please  clean up the reporting

I find it amusing how this guy's dog shot him. But nobody said a thing about how skinny the dog is. Maybe just maybe the dog is trying to kill him before he's starved to death.

New Scam Targets Military Spouses

Week of June 11, 2007

The American Red Cross is warning military spouses about a new identity-theft scam that involves a person telephoning a military spouse, identifying herself as a representative of the Red Cross, and telling the spouse that her husband was hurt in Iraq, was medically evacuated to Germany, and that they need the spouse to verify her husband's Social Security number and date of birth to start the paperwork. Military family members are urged not to give out any personal information over the phone if contacted by unknown individuals, including confirmation that their spouse is deployed. Any military family member who receives such a call is urged to report it to the local family readiness group or military personnel flight.

Was it or was it not started by Islamic people who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001?

Were people from all over the world, mostly Americans, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan , across the Potomac from our nation's capitol and in a field in Pennsylvania?

Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn't they?

And I'm supposed to care that a copy of the Koran was "desecrated" when an overworked American soldier kicked it or got it wet?...
Well, I don't. I don't care at all.

I'll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.

I'll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere possession of which is a crime in Saudi Arabia

I'll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for hacking off Nick Berg's head while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat.

I'll care when the cowardly so-called "insurgents" in Iraq come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques.

I'll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of nirvana care about the innocent children within range of their suicide bombs.

I'll care when the American media stops pretending that their First Amendment liberties are somehow derived from international law instead of the United States Constitution's Bill of Rights.

In the meantime, when I hear a story about a brave marine roughing up an Iraqi terrorist to obtain information, know this: I don't care.

When I see a fuzzy photo of a pile of naked Iraqi prisoners who have been humiliated in what amounts to a college-hazing incident,
rest assured: I don't care.

When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank: I don't care.

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and fed "special" food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being "mishandled," you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts: I don't care.

And oh, by the way, I've noticed that sometimes it's spelled "Koran" and other times "Quran." Well, Jimmy Crack Corn and-you guessed it-I don't care !!

If you agree with this viewpoint, pass this on to all your E- mail friends. Sooner or later, it'll get to the people responsible for this ridiculous behavior!

If you don't agree, then by all means hit the delete button. Should you choose the latter, then please don't complain when more atrocities committed by radical Muslims happen here in our great Country!

One last thought for the day: In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the Anti-
American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America, he said: "A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in... And how many want out."

Well we all could see this one coming, it seems Paris will only do 23 days in Hotel Crossbars. Seems she has already earned time off for good behanior. What??? She's getting time off for appearing in court like she was suspose to, and will still be in a special area of the jail she's to report to.The area is reserved for police officers, officals and celibertys. Imange that. Now if it was Joe Blow, would he have gotten the same treatment? And of course now her attorney is unavailable for comment.

   I was just reading an article on MSN news, that OJ Simpson and his party were asked to leave an upscale restaurant in Louisville,Ky on the eve of the Kentucy Dirby. The owner said he refused to serve him because of his convictions of what happened in 1994-95. O.J. said he understood, and they left. The owner said he has had many celibertys as customers and has thier photo's on the walls. He said at one time he had a photo of himself and O.J. on the wall but removed it after the trial.

  Now O.J.'s lawyer sez it was all about race and was thinking about persuing the matter, said he was thinking about going after the restaurant's liquor license.

  I was just wondering what the liquor license has to do with race? And my big question is, Why is it when an American of African desent is told something like this it's automatically a race issue?

 

 

 

 On the 5 PM news you gave a report on back over Accidents. Yes there is a lot of tech. that can and is used to insure you don't back over a child or into an object. But I was supprized that nothing was said about the easy and best way to make sure this doesn't happen. It's so simple when you aproach the vehicle, walk around it, all the way around it. That way you as the driver know if it's safe to move the vehicle as well as makes you a little more aware of your surroundings. Truck drivers do and some company trucks have a decal on the rearview mirrors. G.O.A.L. (GET OUT AND LOOK) Yes, it's the cheepest and most effective way to make sure you can back up.

   We hear so much from our elected officals that more money is needed  to pay for this program, that project, or for any other expense that may come along. Like everyone else, I am tired of hearing about how much more taxes need to be collected to pay for everything.

    I say enough is enough, our elected officals need to start looking at all the wasted dollars and misuse going on with our tax dollars. How many times have you seen government workers using vehicles for their personel gain, you know like say for making that micky D's office run, to stop and pay a bill, or to buy lottery tickets? How many times have you seen school buses parked at Wal-Mart, or at one of the fast food eateries? How about one elected offical that just receintly stated he needed and additional 2 million dollars for his department, but can't justify the departments expenses. And to top it off suddenly finds 1 million dollars. What, was it just laying around? I don't think so.

    Remember a couple of years ago when there was talk of not enough money to pay for fuel to keep the school buses running?

    I know money is needed, but before they ask for increases they need to justify all the wasted money. How do we police our money and our elected officals? Maybe it's time for these elected officals to learn to budget these expenses properly or learn to read the employment section of the newspaper.

   

  

A couple of weekends ago, some friends went on a bike run for a local childrens home. The group was being lead by a firetruck with the Jolly Man himself riding along. There were over 300 bikes on this run as there usually are for runs supporting kids groups.
Each biker had purchased a gift for the kids, their names with their lists were posted at a local watering hole. When my friends went to check out and select a name they noticed 2 names added to the list along with their ages. My friends had selected the name of a 18 moth old girl. Noticing dhe did'nt have a list they figured she was new to the home, They purchased a small dool for the child and couldn't stop there, they had also purchased several outfits for her.
When the bikes arrived the kids were alowed to meet and greet their special santa's. My friends had noticed while the gifts were being passed out every time the little girls name was called somone took the gift and set it aside. My friends approached a staff member with the lables for the outfits, along with the receipts in the event something didn't fit they could replace it. They also asked if the little girl was there, it was cold out and they just wanted to see her light up when she got her gifts. They were then told she wouldn't be there till monday morning, they then asked if they could visit her then and maybe get a couple of pictures. THe response was " Well you would have to ask her mother cause she's the daughter of one of our staff members."
KA-BOOM!!!! My friends were in shock to hear this,as was I. But they kept their cool and acted as if everything was fine. They didn't want to spoil the day for anyone else.
On the following Monday one of my friends called this center and was told they woukd have the supervisor call them back...... that was 2 weeks ago. My friends spent about $200.00 on the girl. They arn't upset because of spending the money to help a child. But they are upset because they feel that their chairty was taken advantage of. Are they right to feel this way? What do you think?

I was not aware of it are you? It seems at two different times our government accually rounded up several ileagle imigrants and sent them packing. Don't believe me? Well my friends using your favoriate search engin type in the words " operation w*tbAck" I edited the word myself. I just don't want big brother to get his BLEEP in a wad cause I might have offended someone. If I did tuff, I'm an American and it's called freedom of speech. If you don't like it don't do the search.

A while back a local government offical was screaming that OPD officers were racial profiling because they stopped her son for a traffic violation. She even went as far as stating she was affraid of her son being shot by a white boy cop. She also refused to appoligize for her comments.
Then today on another channel I watched a state repesenative make a comment about how her party was going to this and that at the end of each item she said "for the Latino's and the Black people".
Everybody agrees racism must be stopped. But how do you do it when the very people ellected to repesent their communities spread it?
Arn't there enough problems in this country, we surely don't need this kind of repesentation, and shouldn't stand for it. So I say get rid of some of this political correctness, stop using the term "ethnic"american and call yourself an American! If you should be of an ethnic background then say your an American of "ethnic" desent. Oh by the way I'm an American native. Peace to all.

The 04 and 05 hurricane seasons are defenately history making events. Sadly there were several lives lost, and even more people effected in more ways than one. Loss of homes, property and jobs just to name a few, and new hardships like canceled homeowners insurance. Policies being rewritten and large increases in protection costs.
What's that all about? Most of all WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE MONEY PAID INTO INSUANCE COMPANYS BEFORE THE LAST 2 SEASONS? I mean come on now they were making money hand over fist, can someone tell me where all that money went?
I thought you paid your premium, and that money paid would go into some type of savings account( for instance) yhen when you did experience some type of damage, what you paid was to help cover it. Where does the rest of it go? I know salaies have to be paid and of course all the other bells and buzzers. But what happened to the rest of the money? I feel before any of the insurance companies are allowed to pull out of the state, increase premiums or cancell them, they should be required to open their books for auditing and review explainig their actions.
And to add insult to injury, there are insurance groups talking about doing the same thing in California before the big earthquake strikes. So come on you guys " Show us the money"!!!

Here we go again...... BP closed down their largest refinery in AK because of leeking and corroded pipes. That I can understand. Now because of this lack of doing any type of preventiave maintenance the consumers will be paying the price at the pump. I aks what happened to the large profits they were bragging about this last quarter? Shouldn't BP take the loss instead of you and me? I mean after all they caused the problem not the consumer. They chose to ignore or attemped to insure this type of prombem wouldn't pop up. If you were to ignore to preform any type of maintenance on your home or vehicle, who would be responsable? Who would have to pay for it, not them cause it was your fault. Why isn't it BP's fault? Why don't they pay for their screw up instead of passing the buck onto us? Because our gov. allows it, Isn't about time corps. paid for their own screw ups ? I say yes!!!
