Lane Garrison, the former "Prison Break" Actor is sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in prison. He killed a 17 years old kid and injured another while drunk driving, that's murder charge for any ordinary people, why is he getting special treatment? What about the families of that kid, are they just going to let him get away for three years and four months? I can hold my breath longer than that. He should get at least 25 years to life. By the way 3 years and four months is only 17 months, because a person in prison only serves halftime of thier original sentence.

Good Thursday morning . I think this is very sad . I feel sorry for the family . Everyone should know better then to drink and drive . However the boy that was killed also made a choice , a bad choice to get in the car with a drunk driver , he also has some blame . This was an unfortunate and sad accident . Lane will have to live with this the rest of his life .

well it's better then 30 days in jail and having to pay 2.5 million like vince neil. he killed his friend, and made a girl permentaly brain damage, and broke another persons legs.

it was a tragedy but it wasnt premeditated..it was manslauter..the sentence may make alot of people angry including freinds and family of the victim..but it was what in the law allows for that crime..if you dont like it change the law..in fact alot of laws should be changed..he will be out in 20 months if he has any remorse at all he will when he comes out dedicate his life to madd ..out of all this something good can come out of this..only time will tell
