Watch this video. It explains things quite well. You don't have to have an MBA in finance to understand it. It moves pretty quick and you might have to stop and start it to read everything. But is time well spent.

You didn't have to have an MBA in finance to figure out that there is a reason why these people have low incomes and were not suceeding very well in the first place. I believe Homer Simpson summed it all up quite well when he said, and I quote, "DUH."

John McCain openly admitted that the mistakes of leaving Iraq after pushing the Russians out. A mistake he admitted, that he learned from, that he won't let happen again. Obama and most Democrats could learn a little from a humble man, like McCain. No one is perfect. The One believes he is, apparently so does his followers, that is scary.

Obama is perfect for a depression president. He could free his good buddy Rezko, and he can be the new Capone. really, what's a good depression without Gangsters

Being in the mortgage business, I've heard of fraud involved in this industry at all levels--consumers, brokers, bankers, lenders, security sellers, and even agencies such as Fannie Mae. You can still get a loan today, but the requirements are generally more strict. I have an article on my site about surviving the new climate for mortgage borrowers: http://www.winetmortgage.com/newclimate.php.

I wouldn't even consider buying a house or new car right now. Any type of loan would be unstable.

I'm a middle-aged guy who is somewhat overweight and desperately trying to get into the shape that I was 25 years ago. I'm a retired firefighter (City of Waukesha) and I now work as an inspector for insurance companies. I love the work and since I'm an independent contractor I get to set my own schedule. I am also a track chaplain with Motor Racing Outreach Association and minister at Slinger Speedway. As for hobbies, I enjoy watching all types of stock car racing, and am devoted to fishing, travel, photographing Great Lakes ore carriers. I'm a member of the International Defensive Pistol Association and compete locally in action pistol competition.
