You all know the story of the Sheboygan Judge that freed a convicted child molester after he tried to entice yet another child in a park. This judge took the very unusual step of overruling a jury conviction because he declared that the park pavilion he was trying to entice the girl to, did not meet the definition of "secluded".
I was frustrated by this decision, so I packed up and drove to Sheboygan to see the park for myself... And guess what I found? Yep, plenty of secluded spots within a few yards of this pavilion.
