Sheboygan judge frees predator

You all know the story of the Sheboygan Judge that freed a convicted child molester after he tried to entice yet another child in a park. This judge took the very unusual step of overruling a jury conviction because he declared that the park pavilion he was trying to entice the girl to, did not meet the definition of "secluded".

I was frustrated by this decision, so I packed up and drove to Sheboygan to see the park for myself... And guess what I found? Yep, plenty of secluded spots within a few yards of this pavilion.

I couldn't understand why that judge did what he did. Now, after seeing your video footage of the park, I am even more confused as to what he could have been thinking.

You go Badger Blogger! Hey upnorth! I think the judge is incompetent of sitting on the bench and should be kicked in the arse! Is he so ignorant or is he on his own power/ego trip?

I live very very close to that park, I would like to be able to let my kids play there but so many people around here know that that is the favorite park of the pervs. Not only because of the playground but mostly because of the water park area (which is very nice otherwise). That is the best place for them to sit and watch the kids. I would NEVER allow my kids to go there.

I think it is totally and completely wrong of what this judge did. I am one that would rather keep my kids inside then risk something happening to them by these sick idiots.

There are some people that do and some that don't, this is what I was told when I moved here,which is why I don't let my kids go there.

They know that they can basically get away with it because it's not like there's an officer there id'ing and checking records of the people that are there. So they sit and watch. And like I said because of the water area there, the kids are just dressed in their swimsuits.
