YES!  Folks, we have another reason to vote for Senator John McCain....Sarah Palin, his newly picked running mate.  This is a terrific choice for Democrats like me who watched Hillary Clinton spat upon by Dean, Obama and his crowd, the DNC and others who were too ignorant to recognize that the Democratic Party needed our candidate...in fact, the most qualified candidate.  Now, John McCain has listened to those of us who are disenfranchised and need a new Party....what a great welcome to the Republican Party.  We don't know much about Governor Palin, but I look forward to learning about her over the next two months and my intention to vote for Senator McCain is even further insured by his choice of running mate.  By his selection of Sarah Palin, he surely has quieted the critics who have said that he is too old.  He has proven that he is forward thinking and we have lifted our glasses of iced tea to toast the new team.  Thanks for giving us a voice, John McCain.  You've brought tears of joy to my eyes.  I am very proud of you.

Thanks, priveye and navymom....I know that Hillary and Bill are proud of their friend and compatriot as well. John McCain and the Republican Party are right on point...they did not ignore Hillary's accomplishments and have honored her when the democratic party shoved her aside. Let history remember and repeat often, that Sarah Palin, Republican, in her ACCEPTANCE SPEECH recognized Hillary Clinton, the democratic senator, as someone America is very proud of. What a wonderful, supportive thing to do....What a contrast to the democratic party. Bill and Hillary must be laughing their fannies off at the democratic party's treatment of her right now. Obama didn't "need" her on the ticket....LOL. I wonder what he's thinking NOW? Geraldine Ferarro is thrilled...it is, indeed a great day in history. The Osama camp is boiling with anger, saying Sarah has no experience....well, the truth is that SHE has MORE executive experience than the DEMOCRATS' PRESIDENTIAL nominee, Osama. I am very happy about this turn of events...John McCain just won five (5) votes within the five (5) family members (democrats all) I've spoken with...and there will be more, without doubt.

You have been wonderful, navymom...I'm proud of you and priveye and others, Y3, CommanderBill, WBoyd, especially myresponse as well...who have held the marxists' (who stole my Party) feet to the heat. Unfortunately, the buzzards won't be finished until November 4th, election day, after the polls close. The attacks on Johm McCain and Sarah Palin will begin in earnest, now...never let Osama's buzzards shut you up. For the first time in a while, we have a voice...and it is so good to see that John McCain and the Republican Party has extended their hand in welcome. Let's keep up the great work and don't let anybody put you down.

Well AveMaria,

It's not about how many times you get pushed down, it's how many times you stand back up! I fight, we fight for the right cause and effect. Keeping engaged and steadfast is the key to any success. Like you and many others, it really was a Wise choice on his behalf. You know more importantly I keep going back to my faith..yes, I'm the one with the tilted halo.. but I know Gods wind is blowing in all of our direction.. and when he opens the doors we must follow. There is noone that can stop his will. So yes, I believe that God knows that McCain does have the American people in his thoughts and prayers.. and also believe wholeheartedly the he and Palin will be in Victory.. Just have the faith of a mustard seed.. right?!

navymom...don't you find it interesting that the democratic party has run its mouth about how liberal and progressive it is...look at all the women like Geraldine Ferraro and Hillary Clinton and Shirley Chisolm and Bella Abzug and on and on who have been loyal Party members for years. However, only one was ever selected to run for the highest office in this nation...as vice president. That was Geraldine Ferraro and she was never vetted by her own party. Please note which Party has extended its hand to women. It sure isn't the marxist run democratic party. They have more than deserted women in the Party throughout history. The Party that welcomes women is the conservative Republican Party....that further reminds me of why we need to dump the democratic party and re-register as republicans AFTER the election. The message needs to be loud and clear to Dean and his idiots. This is the 21st Century...at least one Party has a forward thinking presidential candidate...the republican party.

AM...here is one thing that I found interesting.....last night when Geraldine Farraro was discussing the selection of Mrs. Palin.....Ms. Farraro said that although she is a life long democrat....she is unsure of who she will vote for. What does that tell you?

Priveye.... I really believe she will vote for Rep. and why I say that is because deep, deep down inside she knows how the Dems are, and how they have completely pushed women out of the picture. She didn't say she wouldn't! Demo all of her life.. sometimes change is good and possibly she will see that the demo (men) are just in it for themselves and not for all the people! Go Bill Clinton and your many b/j's, fine example who these people are!
Oh.. how we tend to forget those.... day!

Priveye...did you hear Bill's remarks which were made from another state the night before Hillary was to give her speech at the convention? Out of the clear blue sky he said to a interviewer, "Well, on the one hand you have someone who says he has all the same goals that you do, but doesn't have the plan, experience, or means to accomplish ANY of those goals (Obama), and on the other hand you have someone with whom you agree with HALF of his goals (McCain)...who do you vote for? This has nothing to do with what is happening now." Well, no....not RIGHT NOW... but in November. We all know Bill plans to get a 1/2 of a sandwich rather than NOTHING. So...it was Bill's way of saying...just vote for McCain...at least we will get 1/2 of what we want. I LOVED what Bill said. Both Bill and Hillary know what has happened to the democratic party...and while I am sure they are hoping it will return to sanity someday...they know that day is not here yet. I hope John McCain has gone outside Washington to find a fresh outlook on the oval office, and hopefully, help protect the Republican Party from falling prey to the same marxist buzzards in the future who have destroyed the democratic party. In the meantime, I have a question...How did Dean get that position? How did Soros and his gang get their hands on the democratic party? Just a curiosity.

navymom...the first I heard about Soros funding jug ears was by a comment made by Y3. I was at the DMV one day and Lyndon Laruche had a table loaded with brochures...I always thought Lyndon to be some sort of nut and never listened to one word he said...anyway, one of his brochures had "Soros...Obama's presidential run funded at $306 million." I took a brochure and read the thing and became even MORE curious. I read a book about Soros...I wish I could tell you the name, but it is at Borders...just go out there and punch in George Soros name. Anyway, subsequent conversations gave more background, and something I read about Obama mentioned he currently had a $500 million dollar stake from George Soros. At that time, Obama was supposedly told whatever he needed would be there for him...by Soros, of course...and THEN, Obama began to threaten people about revealing his funding sources. So my sister is reading about Soros now...and the concern is not jug ears...it is the fact that the Democratic Party is NOW owned by marxists. The interesting thing about this whole mess is that the older citizens, older politicians appear to "know" that something is really wrong with our government. Personally, I believe McCain cannot trust ANY of the good old boys...hence, he chose a strong woman...one with a reputation of routing out corruption....and not a Washington insider. It is too bad that the American people can be so stupid as to mistrust the fact that this "young" woman could possibly be as sharp as a MAN. Look what the same republicans put in office right NOW....and did it T
