Several years ago my new wife and I went to look at houses (doing our homework) and what type of "fixed" mortgages were around in this time of great low rates.

Well I only went once...

It does not feel like I really need to detail this except in two years (not two months for a change) will I really remember?

Two reps "worked" me to signing into this mortgage that was great for, was it, three years.

Oh I was reassured that in the time it jumped up I could "refinance".

What was not said was that would cost what $10,000.00 dollars to 3x that much.

And then of course what chased me away; "you have to qualify" and no matter how much the "rep" assured me no problem...

Dear Mr. Fix-it

    (Mr. fix-it is a person that is always on your side! They demonstrate this by "always" minimizing your opinions, denying your opinion or your things are of any value, and lastly finds someway to make it your fault that issues do not go your way -- male or wanta be male females Mister Fix-its)

California with its top heavy congress and other powers have found a way to fix our money issue!

lets triple the DMV fees on vehicles; that way those most important benefits for life and other top dog services stay "intact"?

Heck the people have the money let the government have it. After all a reasonable amount of fee increase, say $12.00 flat rate or ok $25.00 just is not deep enough to maintain those mansions.

better give them our complete salaries huh!

The Jews

We are not taught about the Jews. We are forced into "ignorance" by law. (Law is good as long as it stays what it is suppose to be; "guide lines" not ridged life destroying forces!)

Fact is until Babylon kicked the Jews butt and made them "slaves" and the meek Jewish people whom where last in a rich society became first. The leader yes slaves to infidels.

I understand how too many feel about assisting a "starving" grade schooler is not only "Rejected" for accepting food assistance from their compassionate follow Californians; they get ridiculed, and then made negative examples of.

please riddle me this: what happens to things that are TOP Heavy in strong weather?  wonder what is waiting for us around the next corner since we are not any good at caretakers; only good at being takers, just get a big shot degree and start taking. After all, it is your degreed right!

I say HA due to my observations:

My wife, she is 60, has never drove anything.

So I must drive...which brings me to walking my four toy dogs. Understand my wife works different shifts throughout the week. Morning, days and some night.

Sometimes I am walking the dogs 5am, 6am, 7am, or like today 8am.

It really does not matter in the am when I walk them. ALL OF THE APARTMENTS along 10620 Victory Blvd, CA 91606 are busily watering the grasses. Every hour in the am.

I get ticked off for several issues, like Drought, wet feet on my dogs (I have to wash 16 feet two to three times daily per wife/bed) and how they are driving the costs of water and things up and up some more. It does not matter to these corporations! They either past the buck to us or bankrupt the companies to get their severance pay.

Man these complex must over charge like the Government, oil companies, and others directly due to the super expensive for water & SEWER services...

No water for fires or even pumping stations; but tons for savvy complex that either water very early avoiding any fines!!! or just ignore everything and just pass it along to the ultimate consumers. (US not them).

Now please do not rely on any official to do anything (If any citizen does not complain officials just raise their salaries!) and college degreed news caster or equivalent for any true regulation for like our educational Pseudo systems, most elected persons, and other powers that be they ARE TOO BUSY CHASING AND RACING EACH OTHER TO GET THAT Devil's gold!

So continue to follow those that worships the Devil like America, Israel, and Islam. If any of these that I have mentioned get offended then they are PROVING MY POINTS.

Israel has always desired gold over God, America makes great claims to Love God but has all the Gold; and Islam follow the old words of the Bible from Baal and merely call it Allah yet I understand that KIDNAPPINGS FOR GOLD are high in demand... not to mention the lack of love demonstrated with decapitations; live by removing others body parts and pay that price for eternity in your own private HELL along with several virgins that have RED eyes and no other but Satin want!

and that there is only one God; which itself is true, but man continuously promotes himself through false Gods to trick and control the peoples. The trick to this only one God statements are that they take the Old Testament which is about the waring of man over two different Gods over and over again until today is the  same.

Only now days Islam calls the words of Baal from the Old Testament and the words of Yahweh (whom they appear to hate) as the same and take to the two different Gods as one.

WRONG just like allowing complexes to over charge tenants for water and how the rest just cannot keep up with these costs. Neither can complexes unless they over charge some more.

Cities love this for then can continue to raise prices and get it one way or the other.

So there really is not shortage, only pressure issues.

CEO's have engineered their retirement at the expensive of the employees that lose their jobs while the CEO get billions of sevence pay.

What a front and you say all one need do is get a four year or seven year college degree and one gets a license to steal like the Government!

Speaking of the Government and TOP Heavy; well let us look at California and what is going on in one of the Richest State or places in the World!

TOP HEAVY; and no I do not mean the Governor.  I mean all the others that DRAIN our States incomes.

Want to keep Colleges open, grade schoolers pencils take charge back away from over paid, educated, and credited leaders (Congress to start). 

Remove the benefits for LIFE, have them lead the way to reasonable salaries and so forth; else enjoy a greater DEPRESSION than the silent roars of the post1920's.

(with the leaders and CEOs -and their MANSIONS- seem only to smile more and more: look at the oil CEO a year ago as gas $ lead the way to this mess "all smiles and playful as a grade schooler")

What a game an to think of all the support the brainwashed supply.

This is not NEWS; so it must only be for their "entertainment".

Can anyone in their right mind ever build multi-million-dollar-homes high on top of blue mountains ridgelines and only support them with ONE water pumping station.

I was reflecting over the thoughts and processes involved with Senator Diane Feinstein replacing Arnold in the next few years.

After all I feel she would make a good choice; maybe someone with the skills learned from the debates within Washington DC can get our State LegisLATURE from "Lining" their own pockets, taking care of special interests over the Peoples, and taking sides along with indirectly aiding and a bedding manipulating effects to the Peoples of California.

Suppose we give her and all her works the opportunity to demonstrate womankind's other sides unlike the sides Jezebel, Bloody Queen Mary, or that of Modern Females throwing their weight around the family household using every weapon to her disposal.

I have to run now; this is just a reflection of thought, in process and in need of supplemental data please...

Wind blew that dried the wet mountain's hill sides:

roof's of homes gave way in small pieces sparking a small tiny flame...

my small durable aircraft practically floated over the ridge lines rapidly until I anchored and drove "The Black Widow" to the apex of the raging blaze of fury I drop the Mylar blanket creating a wind break by making a wall since they can mold along trees, rocks, and creeks.

Soon the raging blaze whimpers into a giant BBQ!

I was trying to save this as a better story of my black widow than grabbing some bases' flags.

On the journey to the mountains, I noted to myself that the dogs are now completely wet from the dew.  Walking along the ridge lines of the Santa Ana mountains we enjoyed the large trees and vegetation. One could tell that there are strong winds by the way the tops of all the trees waved wildly so high in the sky. Strong winds are powerful enough to rip any one of these monster sized trees out of the ground by their roots. There are many scattered all along these rolling hills and mountains.

I still remember my parents doing their best to explain everything going on all around us and the town. This place, the San Fernando Valley was strangely beautiful like a few small deserts sounded by forests. Over the years one massive fire after another burned "all" the rolling hills and mountain-sides that face the valleys until not even the ridge lines have any trees at all on them. One needs to travel much further and further every year to find anything but fire fuel vegetation that does little to nothing to stop the winds.

when I  walk my dog to the rolling hills in the mornings there is no dew at all anymore. That stopped when the midnight rains stop watering the ridge-lines as they used to still do while I was a senior in High School.

Over the decades I have tried to get officials and specialized workers to just supply me with feedback on my fire fighting ideas. The most I have been able to achieve was that the specialized workers already have enough equipment to manipulate..!  Basically they did not even listen; again I find myself saying this is how wives & school teachers must feel like.


Smoke rolls in and my mind's eye takes over:

    Fire is allowed to burn itself out; only if structures (or life) become endangered does the ground feel the feet of the workers stomping life out of the fires...

    Smaller and smaller the fire becomes as my observation of it continues to grow in view until the planes' shapes fighting this fire can still be seen. From here alone, one may see development of winds, fire's paths and possible directions, as well as, the best places to deploy a modular varying 300 foot height wall of Mylar blanket varying in thicknesses with supplemental structure aids.
   
    Of course the powers that be BE blind to all that does not consume more than the other guy;cannot see that Helicopters and water planes are best used as a supplemental fighting equipment, that several command centers that hover energy-free once anchored in place are superior.

    Which is why I created the "Black Widow" Observational craft with the monies from a few small book sales.

One needs to understand, as I grew I observed what many were too busy surrendering the lives of their unborn to ensure the highest possible tax revenues and education money can buy to notice...

So once I enabled myself I designed and built my black widow aircraft in my garage. For anyone could tell my design would never be allowed for it does not fit the concept of self-serving-special-interests. That one would have to gently push this idea onto the people.

As the story goes, If one could pick the correct spots to begin to assemble modular walls that are mounted to the trees themselves or with stand alone brackets, and then fan out to both the left and right.


One would cut off the wind that drives the fires and creates more fires...



Cut off the wind and fuel with the same wall once it can connect to itself.



anyway I do not have the time or energy right now to right this correctly right now but one might get the idea.
