Okay and for those of you who dont' GET IT, this is the same thing as a grown a*s man beating and holding a child under water. You don't pick on those that are weak and helpless, that just proves that you are spineless and a coward. Only cowards pick on those smaller than them.

cont... I cannot believe that a person could ever be cruel to each other but especially children and animals. An eye for an eye would be a great way to go. Honestly dont some people have any empathy at all? If something would obviously hurt us dont they realize how it hurts a poor defenseless creature that looks to you for love and protection? I dont get it. I think sometimes it goes beyond parenting for some individuals. Its hard to believe that someone could be so cruel without there being something really wrong mentally. Either way it should not go unchecked.
Some of this behavior comes from someone bullying them or abusing them. The "ICE MAN" was a hired killer for the mob, they had a documentary about him. He had no remorse for killing or torturing people. When he was little his step father used to beat him daily to the point that if he just heard the mans voice he would wet himself. He had a wife and kids that never knew what he did to put food on the table or a roof over their head. His wife knew to never question him. So people unless you want to be dealing with a seriel killer, Be kind and loving to your kids and if you know of somone being abused be kind and report it. Dont turn a blind eye.

You are right, if the parents cant see that this child needs help then they have probably come from a long line of sicko's

It is so difficult to look at this picture. It's an obvious sign that the child has not developed empathy. 7 years old is young, but that's the same age as my youngest child and you can assess, even at that age, whether they have an understanding of empathy or not!
