Once again AmerenUE wants another rate hike.

Every time I tun on the TV I see another commercial with Ameren telling us how great a job they are doing. Why are they spending our money this way?

Everyone knows that we cann't go down to Sam's Super Discount Electric Co to buy our electricity. We don't have a choice of who we buy our power from so there is no need to tell us how great they are, they only need to supply uninterupted service.

The PSC shouldn't even discuss a rate hike with any public utility like Ameren when they are waisting money on PR when there is no one else to supply the product.
